  Absolutely disgusting how I was treated by this practice. If you need help with a family law situation, I plead - look elsewhere for that professional service. The principle solicitor does not want to take your phone calls and the practice manager responds with aggressive emails. As soon as you sign the client agreement and effectively agree to the terms and hand over your money.. the service goes out with the trash. They are not there for a client every step of the way, throughout their journey (as the practice website states) You would think a principle that volunteers at Women's Legal Services and other Community areas - would be more understanding of complex relationship issues that are hard to navigate through hard circumstances.
