  Casey was the first person we met at Little Real Estate and she was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive to all of our needs & wants in our next home and gave us so much helpful information. Casey was super friendly, extremely polite & professional. She made the process of our application easy and the follow through with our other property manager seamless.   My current experience with Kristy from Little Real Estate and my past experiences with Centenary Real Estate are like chalk and cheese there is just no comparison. Kristy's major focus on a daily basis is for the tenant, and you are made to feel special and my concerns if any by email are always responded to promptly. Kristy works hand in hand with the property owner to ensure that the property is maintained to the highest standard for the tenant and the owner, for example gutter cleaning, smoke alarm inspection and property inspection for rodents and termites to just name a few. I highly recommended Kristy and all staff at Little Real Estate for the excellent customer experience and look forward to this experience continuing in the future

  Emma Kirkman was my property manager at little real estate for some time. Any issues are resolved immediately. Emma's work is second to none. Things like bond transfers & remaining rent was sorted very quickly & in a smooth manner. Very satisfied with the customer service also! Polite & helpful.. Highly recommend.

  My property manager, Madison is just brilliant. Have had many property managers over the last 10 years and Madison always strives to achieve what is required as a tenant. Every email is answered quickly and any maintenance required carried out to the best of her ability. Can't fault her at all. Well done Madi - you are a true gem :)
