  10days without optus home phone in october....so scary as my emergency wrist button is connected to this number....then just now in november another 12 days off air....all i can say is thankyou to all that tried in everyway shape and form to have me reconnected....must say a massive thankyou to the manager at forest lake for personally taking 45 mins to see this issue through to the point where i would be back on air between 24-72 hrs....what a blessing he is and also the other two staff members...they are so so caring and understanding that this has been a life threatening situation...within less than 2 hrs my phone had dial tone....this is a miracle in some ways and as i had no more avenues to turn to then finally this has happened and i am once again wearing my wrist button when i need the ambos....oh yes they have been wonderful...truly with their hearts that was so obvious....please let them know how i have been blessed by their help and patience....regards....desi muller

  I went to Samsung brand and also optus on Indooroopilly, they both said its the original cable and original adapter.

  So there is a thing , if my adapter and cable are not the original, so optus is ripping people off because i got the phone from the optus or they should put somone professional customer service which can help people.
